At APLUS TEKNİK TEDARİK VE MÜHENDİSLİK ÇÖZÜMLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Aplus”, “the Company”), acting as the data controller in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we process the personal data we obtain through the www.aplusttm.com website within the scope explained below. This notice has been prepared in order to fulfil our duty to inform under Article 10 of the KVKK.

2. Personal Data Processed and Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically by automated and partially automated means through your filling out the contact form on our website, sending us an email, or visiting the site. The data processed includes:

  • Identity / Contact: full name, email address, telephone number (contact form).
  • Content of your request: the information you share in your message.
  • Transaction security / usage data: anonymous site usage statistics obtained through cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • Responding to your contact requests and questions, and getting in touch with you,
  • Providing information, quotations, and consultancy regarding our products/services,
  • Evaluating and managing requests, suggestions, and complaints,
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations and serving as evidence in any potential disputes,
  • Ensuring the security of the website and measuring and improving its performance (analytics).

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • The existence of your explicit consent — analytics cookies run only with your consent (Art. 5/1).
  • Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — communication and quotation processes relating to your request (Art. 5/2-c).
  • Legitimate interest — the management of contact requests and site security (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the suppliers from whom we receive services (website hosting, email, and contact form infrastructure providers) and to legally authorised public institutions and organisations.

Contact form submissions are processed through our form infrastructure provider (Web3Forms), and site usage statistics are processed through Google Analytics. Within the scope of these services, your data may be transferred abroad as required by the infrastructure of the relevant providers. 6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the statute of limitations/retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is erased, destroyed, or anonymised.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed, and request information about it if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request that it be corrected if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request that it be erased or destroyed within the framework of the legislation,
  • Request that correction/erasure operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • Object to a result arising against you as a consequence of analysis solely by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for the damage if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing,

which are the rights you hold.

8. Method of Application

You can submit your requests regarding the rights above, together with information verifying your identity, by email to info@aplusttm.com or in writing to “İvedikköy Mah. 1487. Cad. No: 21 İç Kapı No: 98 Yenimahalle / Ankara”. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.

This Privacy Notice may be updated in line with changes in legal regulations or in our practices. The current version is always published on this page.
