FSL100 Flame Detectors
Commercial and light industrial flame detectors with UV, UV/IR or 3IR sensors.
The Honeywell FSL100 series of light industrial and commercial flame detectors provides simple, reliable protection across a wide range of fire hazards. They are easy to install, set up and operate, while a wide solid-angle field of view and fast response time maximise safety. Built-in automatic self-test and test lamps on every model deliver uninterrupted reliability.
Product Overview
Developed by Honeywell Analytics, the FSL100 is the latest optoelectronic flame detector for light industrial fire detection and belongs to the mid-market optical flame detector family that complements the high-end HA FSX products.
Wide Range of Applications
It covers many fire protection applications both indoors and outdoors. Three different versions detect a broad range of flame types: Ultraviolet (UV), Ultraviolet/Infrared (UV/IR) and Triple Infrared (IR3).
It detects a wide range of hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon fires, so a large number of applications can be addressed with a single solution. Wide-angle optical detection covers a large hazard area within the solid-angle field of view. An optional mounting bracket allows the FSL100 to be aligned to the hazard source and installed with ease.
Fast Response and Reliability
Responding to flaming fires within seconds, it reacts far faster than other technologies, enabling intervention before the fire grows. It is certified to the FM 3260 performance standard and can be used indoors and outdoors in FM Class 1, 2 and 3 Div 2 areas.
Relay and current outputs for fault and alarm provide an analogue stepped output for simple connection. Built-in automatic self-test and test lamps continuously monitor internal health, while operation and field-of-view tests are straightforward.
